In many cases, yes! Game data is stored on the internal hard drive or memory, which often remains intact even when other components fail. Our specialized equipment allows us to access and transfer this data in many situations. However, success rates depend on the specific failure and console model (what storage they have). We recommend regular cloud backups when possible to prevent data loss.

Absolutely. Most crashed drones suffer damage to external components like arms, propellers, and motors—all relatively inexpensive parts compared to the drone's total value. Even with more significant damage, repairs typically cost 30-50% less than replacement. We evaluate each drone individually and provide honest recommendations based on repair cost versus replacement value.

Most standard repairs are completed within 2-5 business days. Simple fixes like power jack replacements or drone arm repairs can sometimes be completed same-day. More complex issues requiring special parts or extensive board-level work may take 5-7 days. We provide realistic timeframes during your initial consultation and offer rush service options when available.

Water damage repairs are possible but time-sensitive. The sooner you bring in water-exposed electronics, the higher the success rate. We use specialized ultrasonic cleaning equipment to remove corrosion and contaminants before they cause permanent damage. While not all water-damaged devices can be saved, our success rate is significantly higher than most repair shops due to our specialized equipment and techniques.

Absolutely! Joy-Con drift is one of our most common repairs, and we offer two solutions. We can perform a standard repair using OEM-equivalent parts for a quick, affordable fix. However, for gamers tired of recurring drift issues, we also offer premium upgrades to magnetic Hall Effect joysticks—the same technology used in Steam Deck and ROG Ally controllers. These upgraded sticks use magnetic sensors instead of physical contact points, virtually eliminating drift problems for good. The upgrade costs slightly more than a standard repair but provides significantly longer lifespan and improved precision. This service is available for Joy-Cons, Pro Controllers, and select PlayStation and Xbox controllers. Bring in your drifting controllers and we'll discuss which option best fits your gaming needs and budget.
