Acceptable Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • PC Parts Installed by Nerd Base One techs
  • As long as we can return it to the vendor, we’ll honor whatever return we can get out of it, to our customers
  • Other items in original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Free from customer-caused damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items damaged by customer use, mishandling, or modification
  • Products that have been damaged to the extent that we cannot return them to our vendors
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges (these will be deducted from any refund)
  • Return shipping costs to send items back to us
  • Any additional shipping fees incurred during the return process

Refund Processing Timeline

As a small business, we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please note:

  • Immediate refunds may not always be possible
  • Some refunds may be delayed while we await vendor processing
  • We occasionally need to receive vendor refunds before we can issue customer refunds
  • Typical processing time is 5-14 business days once the return is received and approved, if it were up to us it would all be immediate, but there’s a lot of stuff outside of our control, we appreciate your patience & understanding
  • Additional delays may occur depending on vendor response times

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us within 21 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship items back according to our provided guidelines / return items to Nerd Base One

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
